Terms

Plain terms for the free converter and the paid batch pass.

Using the converter

The converter is offered as it is. It runs in your browser and never receives your files. Check converted drawings before you build, cut or order anything from them: a PDF can hide layers, scale changes or outlined text that no converter can recover. Convert only drawings you are allowed to use.

The batch pass

• Price: €12, paid once through PayPal. No subscription; nothing renews.
• What it unlocks: several PDFs at once into one ZIP, every page of long PDFs, and files over 20 MB.
• How long: 24 hours from the moment PayPal sends you back to the site, on the browser you paid from.
• Start: the pass is digital content that starts straight after payment. By paying you ask for it to start at once, which ends the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content under EU consumer law.
• Problems: if the pass does not switch on, or the converter cannot handle your files, write to us through the contact form with your PayPal transaction ID.

Who sells the pass?

Payments are processed by PayPal. The seller named on your PayPal receipt is Stichting Fe/male Switch, the Dutch foundation that runs this site.
